Job Responsibility Design innovative furniture pieces aligned with market trends and customer preferences. Identify and evaluate new materials to enhance furniture quality and sustainability. Translate design concepts into physical prototypes for testing and refinement. Collaborate with production teams to improve manufacturing processes. Develop testing protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and customer expectations. Stay updated on furniture design trends and analyze competitor products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align R&D efforts with business goals. Able to do programming for CNC machine. Job Requirements Diploma / Advanced Diploma in relevant field (R&D Engineering, Industrial Design, Furniture Design, etc). Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Fresh graduate are welcome to apply Proficiency in design software like CAD (Computer-Aided Design). Creativity, attention to detail, and strong aesthetic sense. Problem-solving skills and ability to find innovative solutions. Knowledge of furniture materials, manufacturing, and industry trends. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Previous furniture design or product development experience is a plus.
