Operation Engineer (Service & Maintenance)

Job Scope :

Assist Head of Section in managing the operational team daily activities.

Assist Head of Section in developing and providing technical input and assessment for new projects & maintenance contract.

Lead, guide and train subordinate on the service, maintenance, installation or repair work.

Responsible for supervising every project carried out by sub-contractors by ensuring that the works are carried out according to the specifications and customer requirement and completed according to the approved Work Schedule.

Assist Head of Section in controlling project & maintenance contract expenses to ensure project & maintenance contract profitability.

Liaise and attend meetings with management, customers, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers when necessary.

Receive and inspect all material and equipment deliver by suppliers and conduct testing commissioning according to ITP and customer requirements.

Ensure that tools and equipment are properly used and maintained at all times.

Produce proposal, technical report, monthly report & progress report to be submitted to the management and customer.

Ensure cleanliness and compliance to ISO Quality & OSHMS procedure.

Follow and comply with all instructions & any other task given by the Management, Superior or authorized personnel from time to time.

Assist Head of Section to check tender invitations / advertisements, attend site meetings, purchase tenders, fill out tenders and follow up on tender status.

Qualifications

At least have a Degree in the field of air conditioning / electrical or higher qualification in Engineering with ≥3 years’ experience in ACMV system OR Diploma in Engineering with ≥ 7 years’ experience in ACMV system.

Able to work under pressure, be positive, independent, computer skills and always committed to the task.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
