Position Summary

Responsible for executing buying activities and ensuring smooth communication with regional merchandising teams and markets to achieve sales turnover, gross profit and inventory targets.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work closely with regional merchandising teams in assortment planning to create a compelling, market-relevant assortment that maximizes sales.
• Provide product briefing, range planning and go-to-market execution to align with consumer and retail needs.
• Conduct seasonal buying according to market demand and identify market opportunities.
• Develop OTB framework for the buy with the planning team.
• Gather, analyze and act on market knowledge and competitive landscape insights.
• Lead product reviews, serve as key stakeholder for product feedback, and deliver a timely, measurable plan.
• Deploy replenishment and markdown plans to achieve GP and sales targets.
• Maintain optimal stock and SKU holding at store level to support the business.
• Manage in-season price setting, sales analysis, product training, defect reporting and shipment status.
• Collaborate with allocation, retail and planning teams on launch plans, delivery and inventory management.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required. 5-8 years of related retail buying experience.
