Job Responsibilities
- To promote CIMB Credit Card / Personal Loan / CashLite / Balance Conversion / Credit Limit Increase / Credit Protector or Life Insurance products to existing CIMB customers via telemarketing as per product assignment.
- To cross sell based on customer's need.
- To meet sales target and ensure 100% compliance at all time.
- To provide professional advice and workable resolution to customer’s enquiries.
- To assist Team Sales Manager or Senior Sales Manager on any ad-hoc requests.
Job Requirement
Preferable candidates specializing in Telemarketing / Telesales from the Banking industry.Recognized Degree or Diploma in any disciplines / SPM holders with relevant experience / fresh graduates with the right determination, passion and sales drive will be considered.Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Posses the passion for sales and marketing.Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.Able to cope well under pressure.Goal oriented and a strong team player.Note : Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.About CIMB Group
