Promote and sell properties (residential & commercial, with remuneration based on basic plus sales commission) across digital platforms, roadshows and events.
Coordinate with marketing team to execute campaigns, advertising, and launches.
Represent the company at local / overseas exhibitions and promotional property events.
Ensure show units, sales gallery and booths are always in tip top condition.
Handle customer enquiries via walk-ins, calls, emails and online platforms.
Conduct market research and share insights to improve sales strategies.
Follow up with customer the payment collection including booking deposit, balance 10% down payment, ensuring the SPA is signing with loan in placed.
Responsible to assist customer submit bank loan documents to EF bank and obtaining loan approval. Follow up with EF Bank the loan status until Bank Letter of Offer is issuing and acceptance by customer.
Coordinate the preparation and signing of documentations including liaison with sales admin, purchasers, solicitors and bankers.
Monitor property of sales with Sales Admin to ensure information in MHUB system is always kept up to date and accurate.
Prepare weekly loan tracking and monthly collection reports
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
