We are seeking a driven and ambitious Executive Business Development to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and expansion of our business, identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities within your assigned territory or industry sector
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends
- Developing and presenting sales proposals and pitches to potential clients
- Negotiating contract terms and pricing to secure new business
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of leads and actively managing the sales process
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Reporting on key performance metrics and contributing to the overall business development strategy
Qualifications
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a business development role, preferably within the Trades & Services industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholdersExcellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunitiesProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsDegree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFresh Graduate are encourage to applySeniority level
