Merchant Acquisition - Identify and onboard new merchants that align with the client’s objectives.- Present partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, and close agreements.

Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.- Serve as the main point of contact for merchants, addressing concerns and providing solutions.

Market Research and Insights - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ offerings to identify new opportunities.- Gather feedback from merchants to refine processes and improve service offerings.

Compliance and Documentation - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of merchant interactions and agreements.
