Identify and develop new business opportunitiesAchieve monthly and annual sales targets.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Prepare sales reports and forecasts.Coordinate with production, R&D, and QAQC teams for order fulfillment.Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (manufacturing / OEM preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.
- Able to travel (local / regional); valid driving license required.
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Based in Batu Caves.
