Job Description

In your new role you will :

• Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations for multiple countries within Asia countries in order to ensure the delivery on time and accurately.
• Ensure team performs according to defined goals, KPIs and SLAs and manage / escalate breaches respectively.
• Ensure team compliance with the global company compliance standards and processes / procedures.
• Lead and manage projects related to employee operations, including process improvements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify individual strengths of team members and contribute to professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain processes and procedures that support employee operations, including compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
