Maintenance Technician

The position of Maintenance Technician with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, electrical systems, heating, and ventilation systems, plumbing and equipment installation Good problem-solving skills and performed all duties in an organized manner with effective communication. Overview

General duties & responsibilities includes but not limited to the following : Responsibilities

Inspect buildings, equipment and systems to identify and issues Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures Assist in the development in maintenance procedures Assist with heating and plumbing systems to guarantee functionality Plan and schedule repairs Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems for conformity Perform general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting and carpentry Assist in maintaining inventory records for equipment and supplies Qualifications

A diploma in a trade from a recognized vocational school Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job and to monitor gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Attention to Detail — Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations. Initiative — Job requires a willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
