Overview
Join EY as a Learning Business Partner that partners with Strategic Talent consultants and deployment teams to plan, design, develop and deploy learning programs. The role focuses on aligning business learning needs with high-quality learning solutions and ensuring effective delivery and impact for EY professionals.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Strategic Talent consultants to manage Service Line stakeholder relationships at the country level to drive one consistent curricula
- Identify and validate actual skill needs and business priorities with relevant stakeholders throughout the year and at budget planning
- Plan solutions with the design and development team and act as a conduit between all teams involved in design projects
- Serve as central point of contact for stakeholders to report progress on solution design, development, deployment, consumption, satisfaction and impact
- Ensure consistency with internal standards by consulting with relevant parties
- Partner with Learning Deployment teams to deploy the entire Service Line curricula and track consumption with the SL Leader
- Collaborate with other teams in Learning & Development and other SLs as needed
- Act as POC for all SL learning priorities
- Coordinate funding support for learning programs in scope for SL
Your Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships for a portion of a client account / portfolio, acting as a strategic learning advisor to understand business needs and align learning initiativesDefine and maintain effective learning curricula that support the business’s strategic direction, required skills and performance goalsPromote a strong ‘one team’ culture within Learning, collaborating with peers and leaders to build a unified, high-performing teamAssess and prioritize stakeholder learning needs, shape the annual learning plan and foster cross-functional collaborationWork with Deployment teams to manage and maintain the curriculum catalogue, ensuring consistency and relevanceIdentify and address skills gaps, engage Design teams, and curate learning solutions addressing root causesCommunicate learning priorities, budget decisions and ad hoc requests with transparency and alignmentOversee learning solution planning and execution, ensure timely delivery and report on learning performance against metricsSkills and Attributes for Success
Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence learning strategies that support performance and growthStrong business acumenExcellent teamwork and collaboration within a diverse, high-performing environmentSkilled in managing multiple learning initiatives, prioritizing and delivering on time and within budgetStrong communication and influencing skills to engage senior stakeholders and ensure alignment across teamsWhat we look for
