Sales Manager

Position & Reporting

You will be appointed as Sales Manager, responsible for leading a small sales team to drive sales activities in the Central Region of Malaysia. You will also support Xinje Malaysia in identifying and developing partnerships in the Northern and Southern Regions of Malaysia.

You will report directly to the Managing Director

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage a small sales team to grow business with System Integrators (SI) and Machine OEMs in Malaysia.

• Execute sales activities, client visits, and business development in the central region.
• Identify, appoint, and support new partners in the northern and southern regions of Malaysia.
• Work closely with Xinje Malaysia to align strategies and ensure market expansion.
• Guide, mentor, and support the sales team in achieving company objectives.

Participate in marketing, exhibitions, and networking activities to build brand presence.

Job requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic / Electromechanical) or equivalent.
