Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Johore, Malaysia. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analysing trends. The role also involves overseeing the creation of marketing materials, managing social media platforms, and coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Additionally, the Marketing Manager will monitor competitors' activities and develop action plans to address market challenges.

Qualifications

• Develop and lead the execution of comprehensive marketing and branding strategies across all projects.
• Oversee market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility assessments to guide strategic decisions.
• Supervise the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, signages, digital ads, and campaign content.
• Plan and manage sales launches, exhibitions, and integrated marketing campaigns to maximize exposure.
• Manage external vendors such as creative agencies, media partners, and production teams.
• Oversee all social media accounts and digital platforms, ensuring aligned content strategy and reporting performance.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and project departments to align branding with project execution.
• Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field
