Technical Head

Overview

The Technical Head oversees all technical and regulatory matters of the automotive association, including engaging with authorities, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and representing members’ interests on policy issues. The role also supports technical committees, manages industry data and studies, and keeps members updated on the latest policies and guidelines from the Government and its agencies, including preparing position papers and letters. Act as the primary liaison with government authorities and agencies, ensuring strong collaboration and effective communication. Prepare and present reports to the Technical Committee. Provide hands-on support in technical matters, policy discussions, and industry-related projects. Requirements

5–6 years of working experience in the automotive industry. Strong background in government liaison work. Candidates with prior experience dealing with MOT, DOE, JPJ, MARii are highly encouraged to apply. Degree in Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred).
