Production Technician

About the role

As a Production Technician at Pocket Packaging Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of our manufacturing processes. This full-time position is based in Kulali, Johor, and you will be responsible for the hands-on operation and maintenance of our state-of-the-art production equipment.

What you'll be doing

• To set-up and operate the respective machine for production and ensure are performing their jobs in accordance with documented procedures.
• Preparation of production set-ups and conduct set-up inspection and to specify production processes in the work instructions and to ensure all work in accordance to the work instructions
• To ensure the tooling fabrication are following schedule and in proper control.
• To ensure production machine and equipments are operating efficiently with minimum downtime.
• To improve efficiency and capability by carrying out preventive maintenance.
• To record / update daily and monthly production record To carry out first-off production Inspection before mass production
