Production Technician

Key Responsibilities :

Operate, monitor, and maintain food production machinery and equipment.

Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues.

Ensure all equipment runs efficiently and meets safety and quality standards.

Assist in production line setup, changeover, and calibration as needed.

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.

Support production team during breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, and company safety protocols.

Report any abnormalities or potential hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
