Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a vital role responsible for driving the top of our sales funnel by identifying and engaging high-quality leads, securing appointments, and ensuring our sales pipeline remains robust. Specifically, this entails :

  • Designing and executing targeted outreach strategies that captivate potential clients and convert cold leads into warm opportunities.
  • Generating high-value appointments for strategists to maintain a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Managing CRM and outreach tools with precision, ensuring data accuracy and seamless team collaboration.

This role demands a mastery level of prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, and communication. To be successful, you must have a proactive mindset, a knack for building rapport, and the ability to adapt and improve processes.

Responsibilities

External Responsibilities :

  • Optimize outreach by designing and deploying compelling lead magnets through strategic channels.
  • Drive engagement by converting cold leads into warm opportunities above industry benchmarks.
  • Generate and confirm at least 10 client appointments weekly by engaging prospects through cold outreach and re-engaging past leads.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email within specified timeframes to maintain excellent responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Internal Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and update CRM records with meticulous accuracy, logging all client interactions and activities in HubSpot.
  • Track and analyze outreach performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with strategists to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Share feedback, insights, and ideas with the team to refine processes, develop training materials, and support team upskilling.
  • Ensure adherence to company processes, including timely task completion, on-time office hours, and process documentation.
  • Results

  • Achieve a minimum 20% conversion rate from contact to confirmed meeting, reflecting effective lead qualification and engagement.
  • Drive a 5% lead-to-close conversion rate, demonstrating the ability to contribute to revenue generation.
  • Successfully schedule and confirm at least 10 client meetings weekly, ensuring consistent pipeline activity.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, with timely updates and accurate records in HubSpot.
  • Respond promptly to client communications within specified timeframes, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Requirements

  • Proven expertise in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, ideally within the digital marketing or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, particularly in managing CRM tools like HubSpot.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and refine outreach strategies.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed KPIs in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
