We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Trade Marketing Executive to drive thebrand’s growth through strategic trade initiatives and ground activation. You will play akey role in expanding our presence across retail, wholesalers, and distributors, whileensuring excellence in in-store execution and strong partner relationships.Key Responsibilities Expansion & Channel Development
- Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to expandoffline brand presence.
- Support the brand's go-to-market strategy in new channels and regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and distribution partners. In-store Execution
- Plan and execute in-store activations, sampling, and product demonstrationsto drive sell-through.
- Ensure optimal merchandising, product display, and planogram complianceat all retail touchpoints.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of POSM materials (point-of-salematerials). Trade Promotion & Campaign Planning
- Develop and propose trade promotions and seasonal campaigns to drive salesuplift.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of trade campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with the management and marketing team to align brand andcommercial goals. Operational & Inventory Coordination
- Track and manage inventory movement for activations, sampling, and tradeactivities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure sufficient stock for offlineinitiatives. Retail & Partner Relations
- Act as the key liaison between the company and retail partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights, assess execution quality, andidentify growth opportunities
