Overview
The Senior OTC Specialist (Japanese Speaker) will play a pivotal role in managing the order-to-cash process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the retail industry. This position is based in Bangsar and requires fluency in Japanese to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Description
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve order discrepancies and issues.
- Monitor and update order status, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
- Support customer inquiries and provide resolution in a professional and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure proper invoicing and payment tracking.
- Communicate effectively in Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall OTC workflow.
Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese (min of JLPT N2 and above preferred), both written and spoken, along with proficiency in English.A minimum of 3+ years of experience in OTC, order management, supply chain, or related fields is requiredExperience with SAP / Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plusRelevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for order management processes.An understanding of the retail industry and its order management practices.Job Offer
