Job Description
This is more than just account management, it's about becoming a trusted advisor and growth partner to key players in industrial and infrastructure sectors. You'll be at the forefront of solution selling, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value-driven outcomes.
- Own and grow strategic accounts across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments.
- Engage directly with end users and partners to understand business challenges and position tailored power system solutions.
- Lead consultative sales efforts, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and execution teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with Chinese EPCs, leveraging Mandarin fluency to navigate complex engagements.
- Stay ahead of market shifts, competitor moves, and emerging technologies to inform strategy.
- Represent the business at industry events, forums, and customer meetings.
- Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through proactive account management.
- Align solutions with broader sustainability and digital transformation goals.
- Report on pipeline progress, account health, and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
We\'re looking for a commercially sharp, technically grounded professional who thrives in complex environments and values relationship-building.
- 5+ years in sales, account management, or business development within power systems or related fields.
- Strong foundation in medium voltage systems; low voltage systems experience also welcomed.
- Proven success in solution selling within industrial or infrastructure segments.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to manage Chinese EPC relationships.
- Skilled in navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
