The Bread Baker will assist in preparing the baked products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and quality.
- Assist in the preparation and baking of pastries as instructed
- Prepare ingredients including retrieving from storage, weighing and portioning, and storage matters.
- Mixing the ingredients and bring out the dough from mixer for next step.
- Moulding and shaping the dough.
- Handles proofer and oven sections.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sections and factory including the storage area.
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and adherence to food safety standards.
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Moves products from production lines into storage and shipping areas.
- Preparation work for packing and perform packing duties.
Minimum Requirements
Possesses at least 2 years of experience in Bakery (if lesser than that, can join us as Junior Baker, Packer or Bakery Assistant)Ensures good communication with superiors.
