Overview :

Conducts service, repair and / or installation of Hach and Opco products at customer site, including inspection and troubleshooting, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines the most cost-effective solution.

Core Responsibilities :

• Manage the service support for the accounts assigned, achieve high customer satisfaction rating and Service revenue target.
• Use established ISO work instructions to provide repair, calibration, certification and preventative maintenance services for all Hach brands equipment.
• May develop new customer service / product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
• Provide instrument operation training to customers when needed.
• Provide support for the Sales and Marketing team's activities, such as trial, demo and exhibition etc.
• Contribute to strategy in building Hach reputation as a manufacturer with the best technical & service support.
