Sales Engineer

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and open new markets
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements, including planning and modifying products to meet customer needs
• Helps clients to solve problems with installed equipment
• Develop and maintain good relationships with prospective customers, new customers, and existing customers
• Persuade customers on the excellence of our products and services
• Establish a customer database and relevant tools to manage sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Prepare monthly sales report, annual sales target, and yearly market planning
• Meet established sales quota and revenue goals
