About the Role
This senior‑level role is designed for an experienced recruiter ready to step into broader ownership – leading high‑impact hiring, driving recruitment excellence, and shaping TA processes that scale with the business.
The Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist will manage complex, multi‑level hiring portfolios across technology, corporate, and operational roles. You’ll partner closely with business leaders, coach junior recruiters where needed, and begin influencing how the TA team operates. The role is ideal for someone who is already strong in recruitment delivery and is now ready to grow into a Talent Acquisition Lead.
What You’ll Do
Core Talent Acquisition Ownership
- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across tech, corporate, and operational / frontline roles.
- Conduct role scoping, market insights, and hiring strategy planning with managers.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for priority roles and future workforce needs.
- Execute career fairs, campus programs, and targeted hiring campaigns with measurable results.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience with professional, timely communication.
Data, Reporting & Process Improvements
Track and report key hiring metrics : time‑to‑fill, pipeline ratios, sourcing ROI, and hiring funnel health.Recommend strategy adjustments based on data trends and business needs.Strengthen recruitment SOPs, JD quality, and interview standards across departments.Maintain high‑quality ATS / HRIS data for accurate reporting and compliance.Stakeholder & Cross‑Team Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding decisions with data, market knowledge, and structured hiring principles.Partner with HR Ops on workflow handovers to ensure smooth onboarding.Work with Talent & Culture on competency alignment and role clarity for hiring consistency.Provide guidance and coaching to junior recruiters when required.Lead small hiring streams or high‑volume recruitment cycles.Influence workforce planning discussions with insights from hiring trends.What You’ll Bring
5–8 years of recruitment experience , covering technology, corporate, and / or operational roles.Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, pipeline management, and hiring‑event execution.Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage complex hiring expectations.Experience streamlining recruitment operations — e.g., improving workflows, implementing structured screening or evaluation methods, stabilising hiring processes, or setting up scalable recruitment SOPs.Analytical mindset – able to interpret hiring metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.Structured, methodical, and proactive – able to create consistency and clarity in how hiring decisions are made.Able to manage multiple high‑priority roles with composure and discipline.Experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.Growth mindset – ready to evolve into a Talent Acquisition Lead role.Why Join Finexus?
