Job Description

• Prepare quotations and develop pricing strategies for project bids.
• Analyze and interpret technical drawings, floor plans, and design specifications to develop precise, accurate material lists.
• Support sales with technical input for presentations, RFP / RFI responses, and client pitches.
• Ensure high standards of accuracy and alignment across all technical and financial deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Pre-Sales Technical Quotation Specialist professional should have :

• Experience : 2-3 years in pre-sales support, estimating, or quotation preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas etc) are mandatory for quotation preparation.
• Ability to understand technical drawings and experience with AutoCAD (for viewing / measurement).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
