5. Product quality check, adjustment and packing
6. Glasses dispensing with SOP
7. Explanation on warranty and eye care / glasses care procedures
8. Administrative work (Data entry)
9. Product ordering
10. Product replenish and stocks in
11. Arrange delivery within outlets and to manufacture for edging(certain outlets)
12. Handle customer complaints,troubleshoot and replacement
13. Follow up with customers according to SOP and duration
14. Answer all inquiries via whats app / phone call and other channels
15. Appointment arrangement
Adhoc task :
1. Perform eye test and Glasses donation trip arrangement (by-turn)
2. Corporate eye test drive (by-turn)
3. Marketing events coordination
4. Coordinate in marketing videos shooting
5. Submit monthly report for KPI and metrics on number transaction achieved
6. Goals and targets brainstorm analysis
