System Engineer(Splunk)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Splunk Specialist with strong expertise in observability and monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, architecture, and expansion of our existing Splunk platform to enhance visibility, performance monitoring, and analytics capabilities.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Must have 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Splunk administration, development, and architecture;
• Must have strong understanding of observability concepts, logs, metrics, traces, APM, and infrastructure monitoring;
• Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise‑grade Splunk environments;
• Expertise in data ingestion, indexing, search processing language (SPL), and performance tuning;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to lead discussions with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and leadership abilities.
