Responsibilities

Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Malaysia, understanding their technical needs and presenting tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Technical Expertise : Demonstrate a deep understanding of AIOT smart workspace solutions, including enterprise digital transformation, physical security systems (CCTV, access control), and other related technologies.
RFx Tender Submission : Lead the preparation and submission of RFx documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with customer requirements, and alignment with strategic goals.
System Demonstration : Conduct product and system demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of company's solutions to prospective clients.
Technical Proposal Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed technical proposals that address customer challenges and articulate the value of our solutions.

Requirements

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in AIOT smart workspace solutions, with a focus on enterprise digital transformation and physical security (CCTV, access control).

Datacenter Experience : Experience in datacenter environments, including BMS, DCIM, and PMS, is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.

Technical Skills : Proficient in system design, technical proposal writing, and conducting system demonstrations. Knowledge of RFx tender processes is essential.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Customer-Focused : Demonstrated ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that deliver tangible business value.

Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education : A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
