Assistant Manager / Manager – Strategic Sourcing
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve cost savings, efficiency, and supplier reliability.
Conduct supplier selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Analyze procurement spend data and identify opportunities for process and cost improvement.
Monitor local and international commodity markets, trade regulations, and price trends to support sourcing decisions.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Production, QA, R&D, and Finance to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, food safety standards, and certification systems.
Lead and support day-to-day procurement operations, providing guidance to team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.Minimum 5–10 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management.Experience using ERP systems and sourcing tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).Strong analytical, negotiation, and contract management skills.Knowledge of business law, trade regulations, and compliance requirements.Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (advantageous for FMCG / Food Manufacturing).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Professional certifications (CPSM, CSCP, or equivalent) are an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
