Responsibilities :
- Generate new sales from the sales leads provided through business calls.
- Qualify sales leads through calls.
- Sell to both consumers and commercial customers, applying the correct solution and sales approach to each.
- Maintain effective communication with prospects and implement a proactive follow-up strategy.
- Continuously seek new ways to improve sales performance by reviewing calls and testing new sales techniques.
Requirements :
Minimum one year of experience in telesales.Ability to communicate with people at all levels; independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude.Proficient in English.Strong customer service attitude and a people-oriented approach.
