TM as a UniFi On-Site Technician

Job Overview

We need a technical pro to install, fix, and maintain our clients' TM UniFi networks. This is a field‑based role.

Key Duties

• Installation : Deploy full UniFi systems on-site.
• Maintenance : Perform proactive system check‑ups and updates.
• Troubleshooting : Solve connectivity and performance problems.
• Modem Configuration : Set up and integrate modems and routers.
• Client Support : Provide clear explanations and excellent service.

Deployment & Maintenance Responsibilities

Professionally install and configure UniFi networking equipment, including Access Points, Switches, and related hardware at client sites.

Perform scheduled maintenance checks to ensure network health, performance, and security. Update firmware and manage device configurations as needed.

Diagnose and resolve complex network issues related to Wi‑Fi coverage, connectivity, speed, and stability to minimize downtime.

Configure modems, routers, and firewalls to establish secure and efficient internet connections. Set up VLANs, VPNs, and other advanced network features as required.

Work directly with clients to understand their needs, explain technical concepts in simple terms, and provide basic user training on their new systems.

Accurately document network layouts, configurations, and service reports.
