The Senior Multimedia Designer is the creative heartbeat of the brand - a key visual storyteller who defines and elevates the brand’s creative identity across every touchpoint. This role leads art direction, conceptual development, and overall creative strategy for campaigns, brand assets and content. Must have a strong sense of storytelling, a refined creative eye, and the ability to transform ideas into visually striking campaigns. This role need to lead creative thinking and set the tone for the brand’s visual identity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Direction & Concept Development
Lead creative ideation and art direction for brand campaigns, launches and all content.
Translate brand strategy and storytelling pillars into compelling visuals. Translate campaign ideas into mood boards, storyboards, and shoot directions that align with the brand tone.
Conceptualize campaign themes, photoshoot directions, video storyboards and social content.
Maintain consistency and evolution of the brand’s creative identity - tone, color palette, typography, and visual language.
2. Brand & Visual Identity Management
Develop and maintain the brand’s visual guidelines.
Ensure all assets, from packaging to digital ads, are on-brand, cohesive, and premium.
Safeguard brand aesthetics, from colour palette, typography, and composition to imagery style and tone of voice.
Guide the creative team and external vendors (photographers, stylists, agencies) to ensure brand consistency.
3. Campaign & Content Production
Oversee the design and production of all creative materials : campaign visuals, key visuals, social media assets, website banners, store collaterals and videos.
Provide on-set art direction during photoshoots and video productions — overseeing styling, lighting, and composition to achieve cohesive brand aesthetics.
Lead art direction across digital touchpoints and offline touchpoints.
Design and oversee creative for BTL activations, pop-ups, in-store visual merchandising, and event branding.
Job Requirements
Proven experience leading creative direction or art direction for brand campaigns.
Strong conceptual thinker with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, lifestyle aesthetics, and campaign building.
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiar with motion design, video editing, and photography direction.
Strong eye for detail, color, typography, and composition.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to pitch creative ideas confidently.
Highly creative, visionary, and detail-oriented.
Passionate about branding, design trends, and visual storytelling.
Confident leading creative discussions and presenting ideas.
