We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer : To bring our brand to life through charming packaging, scroll-worthy campaigns, and eye-catching POSM. If you love turning ideas into visuals that pop, especially in the baby and family space, you might be our next creative star.

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer : To join our creative team. If you’re someone who can translate marketing ideas into compelling visuals, from marketing campaign to social posts and vibrant POSM— we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities (Creative Designer) :

Dream up and design packaging that’s as functional as it is adorable
Craft visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, print and social
Design POSM materials like wobblers, buntings, standees and shelf talkers that stop people in their tracks
Collaborate with marketing, product and sales teams to tell clear and creative brand stories
Ensure every file is production-ready and press-perfect — because details matter
Keep up with trends and bring in fresh ideas that make our brand feel new and now

Responsibilities (Graphic Designer) :

Create marketing campaign visuals across multiple touchpoints (digital, social, print) to support product launches and seasonal promotions

Design effective and brand-aligned POSM materials such as wobblers, shelf talkers, bunting, standees and etc. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to turn ideas into compelling creative assets

Present design concepts to internal stakeholders and refine them based on feedback

Work closely with suppliers and printers to ensure proper production output and color accuracy.

Stay updated on trends and share inspiration that keeps the brand creatively ahead.

Job Specification / Requirements :

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design — bonus if you’ve done packaging or worked in consumer goods

You know your way around design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)

Comfortable with dielines, materials, color specs and printing processes

A great sense of layout, type, color and how to make things both beautiful and useful

Organised, self‑motivated and able to juggle a few projects without breaking a sweat

Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken and Written) is essential, as this role may require communication with Mandarin speaking stakeholders. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
