Overview
The Control System Integration Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and commissioning smart building solutions, including Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT devices, and automation technologies. This role involves full-cycle technical management—from design and proposal development to on-site implementation, commissioning, and system handover—while also leading the Measurement & Verification (M&V) program to ensure optimal system performance and energy efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of control system integration projects covering BMS, IoT, and automation technologies.
- Develop project proposals, technical designs, and cost estimations in alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems to ensure compliance with specifications and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution within budget and timeline.
- Implement and manage Measurement & Verification (M&V) programs to track energy savings and system efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during project delivery and after system handover.
- Ensure all documentation—including system architecture, drawings, manuals, and reports—are accurately prepared and maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize system performance and enhance integration processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering field.4–5 years of experience in control systems integration, building automation, or smart building technologies.Strong knowledge of BMS, IoT integration, automation protocols (e.g., BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks).Familiarity with energy efficiency standards, sustainability practices, and M&V protocols.#J-18808-Ljbffr
