Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Spearhead building automation and construction-related projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management : Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Compliance Oversight : Uphold the highest standards by ensuring adherence to specifications, ISO standards, and safety regulations throughout project lifecycles.
• Financial Stewardship : Manage project budgets effectively and support procurement activities to optimize resource allocation and project profitability.
• Team Development : Inspire, train, and guide project teams and site staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Documentation Excellence : Maintain meticulous project records, reports, and documentation to support effective decision-making and project transparency.
