Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily production activities to ensure the production of high-quality products.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly objectives, and communicate them to employees.
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
• Submit reports on performance and progress.
• Train new employees on the safe use of machinery and adherence to procedures.
• Identify unsafe operations and practices, and report them to the Manager immediately.
• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to maximize production.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and outages.
• Evaluate current production activities and recommend improvements.
• Implement best practices to enhance production capacity, quality, and reliability.
• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and develop solutions.
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
