Production Supervisor

Our company is a fast-growing fabric printing company dedicated to delivering high-quality, creative, and customized fabric prints, from vibrant t-shirts to premium textile branding, our work brings ideas to life in every stitch and color.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet production targets and quality standards
• Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high levels of safety and quality
• Identify and implement process improvements and solve problems to enhance productivity and performance
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, quality control measures, and occupational health and safety regulations
• Provide on-the-job training and coaching to production team members to develop their skills and capabilities
• Communicate with management, cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to coordinate production activities and address any issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production data, performance metrics, and inventory levels
