About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in timber (minimum 5 years) or steel (minimum 5 years) production. You will be responsible for leading the production team, ensuring smooth operations, and meeting quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production staff to achieve daily targets.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Oversee the use of materials, machines, and resources efficiently.
• Train and guide team members for skill development.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement improvements.
• Prepare reports on production performance and progress.
