Chambering Student – opportunity to be exposed to commercial and conveyancing practice. Pupillage and guidance under partner.

Conveyancing Clerk

To handle conveyancing‑related matters such as sub‑sales, loans with different financial institutions, Sale and Purchase Agreement including perfection of charge, transfer and receipt & reassignment. Able to work independently on the assigned task.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferable 1–2 years of working experience.
• Possess strong sense of responsibility and urgency.
• Willing to learn.
