Responsibilities – Senior

• Handle conveyancing matters, including SPA & loan documentation, perfection and discharge of charge, reassignment, and State Authority Consent.
• Liaise with clients, bankers, and relevant authorities.
• Update file status on banks’ portals and internal systems.
• Assist with drafting and organizing legal documents.
• Perform other legal or administrative tasks as required.
