Job Responsibilities

As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting children with special needs by ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. Your duties include :

Providing Care

• Deliver one-on-one care to children with disabilities / special needs, based on individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily activities : bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.

Monitoring

Administering Medication

Maintaining Safety & Cleanliness

Managing Equipment & Supplies

Collaboration

Education & Support

Assessment & Wound Care

Advocacy

Requirements

Salary & Benefits

RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Negotiable) + allowance after confirmation

EPF & SOCSO contributions

Shift / Night Duty Allowance (if extra hours required)

Overtime pay

Training & on-the-job coaching

Annual performance appraisal & salary increment

Working Hours

Normal Hours (Main Schedule) :

Additional Coverage (Only if required) :

Staff are expected to work normal office hours as the standard schedule, with extra shifts only when requested to support children's requirements.
