Summary / key point of the roles : The Supply Chain Executive will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods. This role involves managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relationships while adhering to company policies and industry standards.

Key responsibilities :

• Handle and manage all invoicing related to supply chain operations, ensuring invoices are accurate and match purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Coordinate the transportation of products, ensuring accurate selection of transport methods, routes, and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with logistics providers to ensure transportation costs are within budget and promptly resolve any transportation issues that arise.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely restocking to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory data aligns with system records.
• Monitor and track customer orders to ensure on-time delivery, resolving any issues with order fulfilment.
• Collect and analyse supply chain data, generating reports to support decision-making for management.
• Monitor supply chain performance across various functions, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
