Demand Analyst

Overview

The Demand Analyst supports the day-to-day operations of the supply chain team by assisting with procurement coordination, inventory management, and data entry tasks to ensure efficient and accurate supply chain processes. This role also plays a key part in supporting customer service functions by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and acting as a liaison between customers and production to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

In addition, the Demand Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. By identifying trends and generating reports, this role supports strategic decision-making and continuous performance improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecasting & Planning

Develop, maintain, and update short-term, mid-term, and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data.

Analyze sales history, customer orders, and market trends to identify demand patterns.

Support the implementation of demand planning tools and systems.
