Responsibilities
- Develop and execute logistics plans to ensure timely delivery of goods within the SEA
- Manage import / export processes, ensuring compliance with SEA customs regulations and trade agreements.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to manage shipments and transportation.
- Ensure high performance level for all logistics suppliers by close performance tracking and improvement plan.
- Ensure warehouses in compliance with food and feed related requirements (FAMI-QS, food GMP, etc.)
- Design daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly logistics reports for SEA
- Update SLA together with CSR and Procurement
- Manage logistics cost within budget and seek for cost reduction opportunities
- Lead SEA logistics project, including local projects and global projects implementation in SEA
- Develop multiple transportation model to increase logistics agility and flexibility
- Seek for best practices in logistics industry to improve cost efficiency, lead time reduction, sustainability, etc
Qualifications
Bachelor or above degrees in supply chain, logistics, international trade or equivalent.At least 5 years work experience in import / export, customer service, or other supply chain functions.Strong knowledge of SEA customs regulations, trade agreements, and logistics practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Fluent oral and written English.Good communication and influence skills with internal and external stakeholders.High sense of responsibility, accuracy and compliance.Self-motivation and continuous improvement mindset under pressure.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
