Job descriptionMinimum Diploma in Production and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Preferred male candidates because has to handle inventory management tasks Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement and inventory management within the manufacturing sector Proficiency in MS Office , SAP or ERP System for procurement and inventory management
We are representing our client, a multinational manufacturing company based in Pulau Indah, Klang . As our client is expanding, they are looking for Procurement Executive to join their team.
Job Description :
- Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials needed for production, ensuring timely and accurate order processing.
- Support in tracking stock levels and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
- Help maintain communication with suppliers to follow up on orders, deliveries, and basic coordination tasks.
- Assist in comparing quotes and gathering price information to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Ensure procurement documents and processes follow company guidelines and basic regulatory requirements.
- Help collect and organize purchasing data to support reporting and simple analysis for the procurement team.
Requirements :
Working Hours : 8 : 00am - 5.00pm (Monday - Friday)
Other Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, Medical Leaves, Allowance, Travel Allowance, Meal Allowance, Insurances, Hospitalization, Outpatient Medical Coverage
Salary : RM 2,500 - 3,500
