OPERATIONS ADMIN-PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE

Job descriptionSource and compare supplier quotations (minimum of two for each item). Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and verify supplier invoices. Compile and analyze survey reports. Conduct quality checks on poster specifications. Review and verify color proofs for POSM materials. Lead production checks for special / customized projects. Compile and study POSM materials for each campaign cycle. Update and maintain production timelines and FOS stock levels. Conduct on-site surveys and perform maintenance when required. Provide support for online music operations.
Job Requirements
- Proficient at an intermediate level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- A team player with integrity, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset; able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful and hands-on; able to handle ad-hoc tasks and act as a handyman when required.
