Senior Delivery Manager (DevOps)

Overview

Role : Senior Delivery Manager - (Operations Delivery & DevOps)

This role translates strategy into actionable steps and drives successful delivery of products, platforms, and services. It is a hands-on position focused on day-to-day decision-making and ensuring the right products, platforms and services are built and delivered efficiently. You will work with multi-functional teams to align with business goals and customer needs, enabling seamless delivery of impactful solutions.

What you will do

• Lead technology delivery management : oversee projects involving development and implementation of products, platforms, and business processes to achieve desired outcomes. Create and manage roadmaps, schedules, and budgets. Act as the main liaison between collaborators, development teams, and globally dispersed business units. Apply Agile frameworks to track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure continuous value delivery. Identify issues across divisions and design standardized solutions. Proactively identify risks and support timely resolution of defects and production issues.
• Data-driven decision-making : understand product / platform / service health and KPIs to improve performance, ensure compliance, and optimize operations. Promote transparency by sharing progress, metrics, and seeking feedback. Make decisions independently when required and drive outcomes toward common goals.
• Resource and vendor management : manage internal teams, external suppliers, and technology partners to balance capacity and ensure efficient delivery. Allocate tasks to vendors and plan / review resource capacity.
• Financial management : oversee budgeting, allocation, and financial tracking to support decision-making. Ensure operational integrity and compliance with architectural and security standards and applicable policies.
• Stakeholder management : work with geographically diverse groups, follow change management procedures for smooth delivery, and develop strong relationships with collaborators. Serve as the single point of contact for supported applications and technology solutions.
