Commercial Manager, Malaysia

Position Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Manager to lead and expand our operations in Malaysia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s strategic initiatives in the region, driving revenue growth, and establishing the company as a key player in the life sciences market.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives in Malaysia, aligning with global and regional goals.
• Market Expansion : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive growth and expand the company’s footprint in the Malaysia market.
• Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across various functions, including sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring alignment with company values and objectives.
• Distributor Management : Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, ensuring effective collaboration to meet sales targets and grow market share. Monitor distributor performance and implement strategies to optimize distribution networks.
• Financial Management : Oversee the country’s P&L, budget, and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry standards, maintaining the highest levels of integrity and ethical practices.
• Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business success.
• Reporting : Provide regular updates to regional and global leadership on market conditions, business performance, and strategic initiatives.
