You’ll work directly with our founder and tech team to design the future of AI-driven marketing — where robots handle calls, AI agents find leads, and CRM automations nurture customers 24 / 7.

What You’ll Do

• Design and run marketing systems, not just campaigns — from CRM automations to AI content workflows.
• Use tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign to set up automated mailers, reminders, and customer journeys.
• Integrate AI agents for lead generation, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Execute and optimize social media, SEO / SEM, and email marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Fireworks’s in-house dev team to connect data, CRM, and AI for smarter decision-making.
• 1–3 years of digital marketing or marketing automation experience.
• Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Deep curiosity about AI, automation, and MarTech — you love experimenting with tools.
• Strategic thinker who can translate data into scalable processes.
• Bonus : Experience in Web3, SaaS, or Loyalty Tech marketing.
