TheDigital Marketing Specialist focuses on Traffic Acquisitionis responsible to develop strategies that optimize for algorithmic success, including high engagement, watch time, and audience retention for driving high-quality traffic to our social media & ecommerce platforms. This role requires expertise in Social Commerce, SEO, paid search, paid social, , marketplace and advertising.
Traffic Acquisition & Growth Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive traffic acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels, including SEO, PPC, paid social, influencer marketing, and marketplace ads
Optimize media buying strategies to ensure efficient spending and maximize customer acquisition and retention
Stay updated on emerging trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
Social Media Management
Optimise digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite) focusing on acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Plan, schedule, and execute social media content and campaigns
Content Copy Writing
Craft engaging and creative contents for both ads and organic content, ensuring brand consistency and audience appeal.
Oversee content calendars for social media postings and video marketing.
Website Management
Optimize the company website (UX / UI, content, SEO) and e-commerce platforms .
Manage and update company website content to ensure it remains informative, engaging, user-friendly and align with brand messaging.
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, email campaigns, social media (FB, Instagram, Tik Tok) and paid ads.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and enhance user experience to drive organic traffic
Monitor and improve site rankings, domain authority, and overall SEO performance
Data Analysis & Reporting
Monitor customer acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates, and other key metrics
Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions and amending strategies as needed to optimize results.
Utilise data analytics and performance metrics, analyse web traffic, conversion rates to enhance digital marketing strategies and website effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience in similar industry is an advantage
Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Familiar with social platform analytics tools
Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Experience in performance marketing, social media (all), e-commerce traffic management, or digital advertising
Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel traffic acquisition campaigns
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, paid social, and marketplace advertising
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with vendors, agencies, and influencers
